Trash Solutions

SO! I finally found the solution to all my trash problems... There's a sentence!
We have found our solution though, for our front porch dilemma. I am happy to share with you our highly overpriced but beautiful planter from the one and only Thompson and Hanson nursery here in Houston. e It's exactly what I was looking for and couldn't find ANYWHERE so I took the plunge and we are loving it!

The grasses in it are clearly not quite tall enough yet but they grow fast (according to the info sheet) and should be a pretty and green way to block the neighbor's trashcans. If they don't grow tall enough we have a few other tricks up our sleeves but in the meantime, we're loving hanging out on our porch- we even ate a late dinner there the other night!!
